Hosting

The app is hosted externally by the hoster netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. This is the recipient of your personal data and works for us as a processor. Our hoster will only process your data to the extent that is necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and will follow our instructions in relation to this data.

The external hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

User data

As an app operator, we store your Discord ID once you interact with the app. A Discord ID refers to a unique identifier assigned to each user on the Discord platform. This ID allows users to identify and interact with each other. It's a unique number that Discord uses to identify users. Since the Discord ID is not directly linked to an identifiable natural person, but is only used for identification on the platform, it can be argued that it is not personal data in the sense of data protection. However, in some cases, Discord ID can be used to identify an individual if additional information is available. In such cases, the Discord ID could be considered personal data.

1. Scope of processing of the data

If you address the app by "tagging" the app(@Service AI) or by replying to it (reply function), the following is stored and/or updated:

• Discord ID
• Hash of Discord ID
• Credits Balance of Discord ID

This is required to run the app.

3. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR, the protection of the legitimate interests of the app operator.

4. Duration of storage

The data is stored for the entire duration of the app's operation. This data persists as long as the app is active. We store this information to enable the app to function properly for you and to provide you with access to your balances and functions.

5. Possibility of objection and removal

You can object to the collection of the data. If you wish, your Discord ID and the associated credits balance can be deleted.

Public Interaction Data

We process public interactions in your server to provide leveling features. Specifically, we read level-up announcements from the Arcane bot to track user levels.

1. Scope of processing of the data

When the Arcane bot announces a level up, we store:

• Discord ID
• Level reached
• Guild ID (Server ID)

2. Purpose of data processing

To maintain a leaderboard or track progress within the Service AI ecosystem.

3. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR (Legitimate Interest).

User messages

If you engage with the app via direct messages, the app program will keep up to eight of your messages sent to the app in memory.

If you message the app(@Service AI) the following is stored temporarily in memory and/or updated:

• Discord ID
• message content

2. Purpose of data processing

This is required to offer the app's private message feature.

3. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR, the protection of the legitimate interests of the app operator.

4. Duration of storage

The data is stored for a maximum of 8 hours.

5. Possibility of objection and removal

You can object to the collection of the data. If you wish, your Discord ID and the associated messages can be deleted.
