You have the right to cancel your purchase of credits for our Discord bots within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of your credit purchase.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Niklas Müller, Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Str. 23, 34134 Kassel, Germany, Email: info@diszy.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel your credit purchase. You may use the attached model cancellation form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel your credit purchase, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including any delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
