By adding the Discord App PirateGPT, application ID 1141983281928228865 ("PirateGPT") to your or any other Discord server, you understand and agree that:

• The PirateGPT app will read message content from your server and post messages when applicable.
• If you address the app by "tagging" the app(@PirateGPT) or by replying to it (using Discord’s reply functionality) your message is sent as an input prompt to the API interface of OpenAI(OpenAI, L.L.C. 3180 18th St, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States of America) and processed by OpenAI. A data processing agreement has been signed with OpenAI, L.L.C. The API answer is posted by the app in form of a Discord reply message.
• The PirateGPT app will NOT store message content at any time. If you use the app, the following is stored and/or updated:
  • Discord ID
  • Hash of Discord ID
  • Credits Balance of Discord ID
• You understand that making requests to the OpenAI APIs on behalf of the user incur costs for the Bot operator(Niklas Mueller, Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Str. 23, 34134 Kassel, Germany, info@diszy.com). Once the free credits are depleted, the user is required to purchase credits to continue using the bot’s main functionality.
